4 Hour Wisconsin Registry Approved Tier 2 Class
The State of Wisconsin Department of Children & Families requires that all food service personnel document annual training of at least 4 hours in kitchen sanitation, food handling and nutrition. This course meets the annual requirement and covers additional topics such as preventing food-born illnesses, safe foods for young children, and resources for menu planning & snacks.
